“We loved everything during our stay and the property is at a great location. Rooms were well arranged and all the necessities were provided by Chris. Only suggestion I have is the water was smelling which was little uncomfortable else everything was excellent at this location.”

“This was our second year at "Legends". The house has more than adequate space for the 20 family members who were able to make our ski trip to Seven Springs. The 3-story rustic house has massive wood beams and a 14-foot-tall lighted Christmas tree in the spacious Great Room. We all had a wonderful weekend!”

Location: Just 30 minutes from Beaver Stadium. Nestled away on a quiet road but still a short drive to a Rutter’s. Amenities: Full kitchen, large dinning room, and right next to a playground equipped with sports equipment. We have been doing Penn State tailgates for several years now. “I enjoyed the apartment like environment. My husband works in the area but we don’t live in the area so we needed to stay a couple of nights as a family. I felt like we were home because we still had 2 tvs, a living room, full kitchen, large bathroom, walk in closet, and 2 beds. My family of 5 was very comfortable for the 2 nights we stayed.
