“There were four of us and two dogs with plenty of room. The location was wonderful with the shuttle only steps away and ample parking. Walking the dogs around the area was perfect with little to no traffic. The host was extremely responsive with a couple questions that we had. We look forward to staying here again!”

“We booked this for a ski getaway. We have 4 kids so needed a ski in/out location for ease. Sharon was very responsive in answering our questions. The location was great for what we needed. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend. For those who are wondering- it’s a fast walk to the top of the lift and then you can ski down the mountain via a blue or a green trail. Very convenient. It was close and we were able to go back to the place for lunch between skiing.”

“Our issue was not with The Suites at Hershey but with the booking. We booked in February for a stay in July. Two days before we were to check in, we got a call from VRBO saying that our four-night reservation had been canceled because they couldn't reach the owner of the unit we were meant to stay in. They were able to re-book a different unit at the same property, but it was for just two nights. The communication during this process was terrible. “These townhouses/condos are quite old. Most of the roads leading into this area are in need of repair as is parking lot. House itself was just as advertised. Two big decks but plastic furniture has seen better days and it would have taken too long to clean them. King bed was very comfy. Queens - one was so lumpy you could see the difference from one side to the other. Fortunately, only one guest had to sleep in it. All appliances, tv's, etc, worked great. Internet was intermittent. “My family and I had an excellent time at The Suites at Hershey for the Thanksgiving holiday. The place was very clean and so comfortable. Equipped with all the amenities needed. The fireplace was perfect for the time of year. Location was great, close to all the attractions, outlets and restaurants.
