“The house was very clean and was comfortable for 2 couples. Renee, our hostess made our stay special by providing bottled water, snacks and stayed in touch via text to be sure all was good. We came here to bike and there is good biking around town leaving from the house.Also many other good trails nearby. The home is walking distance to the historic downtown which has lots of good restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. I would stay there again”

“We had a very nice stay at the cottage. It was calm, relaxing and the hosts were accessible, communicative, and kind. We had a little bad luck with the weather but the hosts were very generous, helping to assure we enjoyed our time and felt safe. And our pooches loved it! We felt like we were in a tree house, it was splendid.”

“Great getaway location!! Perfect for a couple! Checking in was a breeze! Check out even better! Would definitely use again!!”

“We really enjoyed our time at this little studio. It was in a perfect spot as far as location near other things to do and see. It was very private and the lane was very nice to walk our dog. Sitting out on the deck, we could even hear the barred owls at night calling each other. That was very special!”

“I had surgery and stayed here for my recovery, nice quiet area, easily accessible to stores and very comfortable bed. I felt very comfortable while recuperating. Washer and dryer big plus and the pool was beautiful and well kept. I didn't get to use the pool but I sure would have loved to. I will be back when I have to go for my checkups ”

“A great location in Sanford. Well-stocked house in a historic district near downtown. Close to everything. Great host. Sleeps six comfortably. Large backyard with outdoor patio and bbq. An excellent family unit. 5 stars +.”

“This house was perfect! Very spacious, clean, and felt like a very safe neighborhood for a few women traveling. The ONLY improvements I would suggest would be having more towels, and extra blankets available for guests. And I would replace the pull out couch mattress as it was very uncomfortable. Still a 10/10 overall!”

“The house and location for our business trip was perfect. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent and he was very accommodating. We plan on renting this house again for our next pet trip to the area ”

“The house was conveniently located for the event we were attending. The house was beautiful, with an open floor concept in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. 3 driveways provided plenty of parking for our vehicles and trailers. Checkin was seemless without issue. Everything was clean and ready to go for us upon arrival. There were a couple cliches, but prop mgr addressed and it was nothing that really effected our stay.
