“We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

“Our family stayed at this very beautiful home while we were in that area to attend our son's UCF graduation. The house gave us everything we needed to host a small, intimate dinner party for his immediate friends and family. Very clean, well-supplied kitchen, tasteful decor. Alexis was very responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay there again.”

“I’ve stayed here multiple times visiting my daughter at school and getting her moved in and out. What an amazing host and house. Nancy is on top of every detail, the house is always spotless and has everything you need. The lake was beautiful, we did some fishing and saw a big soft shell turtle swimming around the dock area. House has everything you need for a family trip. Kitchen is loaded with supplies so you can cook whatever you want. I will be back ”

“This is our second stayed in this charming cottage and we love how close it is to all the springs. We love that down the street there are stores and restaurants. The cottage is clean and well stocked . Linda the owner answered all the questions and has always been great with communication. We hope to come back to this little peace of heaven. Thank you for having us.”

“We came in for a night prior to heading to Port Canaveral for a cruise. The property is only an hour from the Port. Check in was a breeze and the property did not disappoint! Scott is an extremely attentive host and reached out to me multiple times prior to us arriving just to make sure everything was perfect. It was my Mom’s birthday, and he even decorated the place for us! Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!”

“Had a wonderful stay, was even allowed an early checkin due to car trouble. The house was perfect for my family. That enclosed pool area really came in handy for relaxing after spending all day out on the springs. I was so happy to have a kitchen to work in and we didn't have to go out for every meal. And all the extra touches throughout the home really made everything cozy. We had a wonderful time”
