“Hotel sencillo a una cuadra de la avenida principal de Koror. Los cuartos están limpios y suficientes. Con a/c, ventilador y un pequeño refrigerador. No hay algo que hacer en el hotel pero es fácil moverse a distintos puntos. No hay playa cerca”

“I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moatoga Hotel. Our rooms were always clean fresh. The staff were friendly and approachable, very honest also. Loved the experience and would recommend this hotel to everyone. It’s also across the road from the markets and and stores. Only downfall was the parking. Not enough places to park, but other than that 99% stayable. Loved the experience!”

"The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — the views, the overwater bungalows, and the facilities are all stunning. However, I was disappointed with how differently we were treated for booking through Expedia. It was clear that the staff didn’t appreciate the reservation being made via a third party, and despite being a Gold Member with Expedia, I received almost no recognition or benefits. I had to ask multiple times to have my food and beverage credit honored, and they initially tried to charge me more in resort fees and taxes than what was outlined in my Expedia confirmation. I had to wait until the very last day to get the charges adjusted correctly before I could check out. For a luxury hotel, I expected a smoother and fairer experience, regardless of the booking platform."
