“Overall a great experience, some minor inconveniences -the road to the house is riddled with potholes, no outdoor chairs (loungers or lawn chairs) . Very close to ocean , activities, restaurants & shops.”

“Rob and Deborah were terrific hosts! Easy to communicate with and so willing to help - as an example a new table lamp was provided as soon as we asked for better light to read by. We were invited to help ourselves to passionfruit which were plentiful and luscious. Paw paw were delivered to our doorstep. Great to have our laundry done for us for a small fee. The beach is almost deserted, white sands, clear water and blue herons fishing. Lovely little islands offshore. The cottage was perfect...

“Our first time to Rarotonga and very happy with this rental. Beautiful view of the lagoon and sunsets. A short walk to several restaurants, takeaways, the Rarotonga brewery, a bakery and convenience stores. Easy communication with the manager. We would definitely rent this place again.”

“We really enjoyed this house. Was more than enough room for our vacation. We were extremely pleased that there was drinkable filtered water provided. Watching rays and black tips all day was a treat. Sunset kayaking was a favorite. We felt safe with the gated entrance and the property was out of the way yet close enough for anything with a few minutes drive. The coral reef out on that side of the island was the best! “We couldn’t have been happier with this rental. It was clean, spacious and on the beach. A washing machine in the rental was appreciated. The sunrise views were beautiful! Walking distance to many restaurants, spas and attractions. A very nice cultural museum close by. 15 minutes in one direction to the Muri Night Market, 20 minutes in the other direction to Charlie’s restaurant and the Maire Nui Botanical Garden. Communication with the manager was easy and helpful.”

“We loved our stay at Moana Sunset, right on the beach, private and convenient - wonderful! The studio is not new but is very well priced and equipped with everything you could possibly need - it would have been very easy to grab a few bags of groceries and simply stay put and enjoy! Tons of covered outdoor space - we had a lot of rain but it was still lovely to sit under cover and read or watch the tide on the reef. “The best things about Ann’s Island Beach Studio are the privacy and direct beach access with swimming possible from the beach right in front. Having Wigmore’s supermarket across the road made self-catering easier too. Everything we needed was provided. Would stay again for sure.”
