“We loved this beach house. The owners were fantastic to work with we had great communication. This was the first vacation that we brought our dog, and the house was perfect for it. So many nice little touches that made our stay with our pup easier. Plenty of dog dishes and water bowls. “The stay was awful. The house was dirty and there were bugs and other things crawling in the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. I have pictures. I did not expect for the home to be that dirty. Furniture was broken. My son even hurt himself on the stairs. I would never return to this property.”

“Really can’t say anything about this place but WONDERFUL! The host was so very attentive with my texts. The house was extremely clean and there is nothing more inviting than to walk into a clean smelling house as we did here. “this was a nice house. we enjoyed the beach views from the porch and hot tub. walking distance to pier and pier restaurant. beds are really showing their age but we were not picky sleepers. Had to make our own beds but I think we read this in the listing. I would stay here again but would hope the beds are refreshed by then.”

“This was the first VRBO house i have ever rented that I didnt need to go buy anything for. Very well stocked with everything you may need. The pool was absolutely amaxing and the brach was so close! “There were several areas of uncleanliness. The bunk beds had dead bugs in them and the shower curtain had mold on the clear liner. The hot tub had black mold in it. None of the tv remotes had any batteries. Otherwise it was a beautiful home with amazing views!”

“Great house, everyone was very happy (9 adults and 1 child). Plenty of room to spread out with the 2 levels, kitchen table seats 10-16 plus the island chairs. 2 hot tubs and pool with plenty of seating around pool and on decks. Had a couple of maintenance issues that didn't need to be taken care of during our stay. Alarm system was a little annoying, keep beeping at control pad when the bottom door was kept open too long - like for hours it would beep. Not sure if it reset itself or my phone...

“We checked in on Thursday, September 26; called that night to report 2 tvs not working (and it wasn't wifi), texted about the tvs again on the 27th...never heard from anyone about the tvs. One toilet would not flush, someone finally came about 13 hours before check out. There were ants in the kitchen all around the stove and the glass top on the stove was cracked. We killed 3 spiders (2 WERE IN 2 DIFFERENT BEDS!!). “We are actually owners at this time share, but we were in a different unit not ours. As always we loved our stay at Sea Scape. As owners we notice a few things that needed attention, but staff are always helpful & friendly. As it is the off season & we were only there for the weekend it was very quiet & not at all crowded. This is an older property but it doesn't feel that way & they are constantly making little updates & changes where they can to keep it up to date. Definitely recommend it...
