The apartment is spacious. downfalls: Vacasa was absolutely horrible to deal with. We were told the property owners would call us due to delayed check in and we never heard from anyone. ”

(Guests staying in blue house to side of balcony definitely obnoxious and annoying a couple of nights) but would stay here again and will definitely visit OBX again.”

“Another excellent stay at one of Joe’s properties! Excellent condo with easy access to the beach and close to all of our favorite restaurants. The unit was exceptionally clean and everything looked as pictured in the photos. The balcony was bug free and provided stunning views of the ocean. “The townhouse was very nice with a few exceptions listed below. Shower handle needs tightened, mold in the laundry room ceiling, fourth step on the second floor has a screw head sticking up if you step on it with all your weight, and lastly the matress is appalling you didn’t skimp on any other detail in the townhouse please invest in the thing people will spend the most of there vacation in!!!”

“I loved staying here! There was plenty of room for my 3 kids and my husband and me. You had a peekaboo view of the ocean from the master bedroom and listen to the waves as you slept. There are grocery stores and plenty to do right in the area. It was central to go up the outer banks and down the outer banks. The communication with the company was excellent. They went above and beyond! Very happy”

We originally arrived here early but unable to check in till 4 ....so we decided to visit ocacroke this day instead.i had very much been wanting to watch guardians/Yankees playoff game at 8pm...so we rushed our visit at ocacroke to be able to get back in time for game....only to find that while they have 2 TVs in villa,neither has any sort of cable .. Only able to get 3 sketchy local channels on one of the tvs...nothing on other.i texted...

“We checked in on Thursday, September 26; called that night to report 2 tvs not working (and it wasn't wifi), texted about the tvs again on the 27th...never heard from anyone about the tvs. One toilet would not flush, someone finally came about 13 hours before check out. There were ants in the kitchen all around the stove and the glass top on the stove was cracked. We killed 3 spiders (2 WERE IN 2 DIFFERENT BEDS!!). Overall, the house was just not clean; it seems it has been neglected for several...
