"I had a very good time staying here, the place is very nice and pleasant, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the location was very good I didn't need to use my car for anything, everything was very close. Now I want to make a special mention to the staff, the restaurant and bar. The food was AMAZING, it was really delicious, better than any restaurant outside, just like the drinks. The cocktails were delicious, very well prepared and the staff was incredible, they always took care of making me feel good, they were very friendly and professional. The bartenders and waiters, they were all incredible!!! And the kitchen! Enjoy every meal so much. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this place."

"Check in was not as expected. Staff was rude when asked about Tax exemption telling me they didnt do it. Told me to request it to Chamber of Commerce and only when I insisted her to clarify, she gave me a post it with an address and phone. When I contacted the Chamber after I come back home, they told me that was not accurate and suggest to contact hotel. Other members of staff were polite and amazing."
