“I was overjoyed from the moment I came through the door. The place is mere feet from the crashing surf. Every night I watched the gorgeous sunset right from my balcony. The kitchen is well-stocked, the place is quiet, and the bed is super comfy. My favorite activity was to go for long jogs on the beach straight from my door. In short, it was perfect and I hope to come back some day.”

“This home was perfect for our get together with longtime friends. The beach location was wonderful and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. It’s a condo unit towards the back of the property and we were able to negotiate the road in the dark. I had trouble with the access code, user error no doubt but the owner checked to ensure we were in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend this comfortable, nice home on the beach!”

“If you’re looking for a cozy lived in apartment/condo overlooking the Monterey Bay near lovers point, this fits the bill. It doesn’t have a lot of room in the living areas if you have small children, and there are a few breakables throughout the house. The bedrooms are roomy. The beds aren’t the latest greatest but adequate. For the price it’s a pretty good deal considering it’s on the ocean has a view and is near many things in the Monterey and Pacific Grove area..”

“Corola the property manager was amazing. The power had gone out in the area right before we got there, she was going to get us lanterns but it came back on so we called and let her know. Unfortunately the power only stayed on for 15 mins and then went back out the rest of the night. We disnt want to bother Corola to come out with the hope the power would come back on. Overall the property is very nice and bed was comfortable. Will need to visit again so we can really enjoy it more with power...

“We saw this property advertised and decided to give it a try. We loved the location! It was close to everything we wanted to do. The property itself was clean and met our family's expectations. We especially appreciated the small amenities, like the abundance of towels and the well-stocked kitchen. The backyard was fantastic with great outdoor furniture - perfect for relaxing! The kitchen fixtures and furniture were all fairly new and well-kept, which was a nice change from some other rental...
