“House was clean and cozy. I really loved the fresh flowers upon check-in, and the lavender and rosemary growing along the fence was beautiful abs fragrant. The only downside was parking on the gravel was a little difficult for my mini-van due to the amount of space.”

The neighborhood was very quiet, despite the police station being right around the corner. The home was beautiful with an updated modern decor and it was filled with everything we needed during our stay. The home was exceptionally clean. Payton was a wonderful host. He was very responsive to all our communication with the intent that we really enjoyed our stay. ...

“The Perch was the perfect home base for my father and me during a short trip to Seattle. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable!It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. Would definitely stay there again on the next trip.”
