“Max was a delight throughout the process of renting and during my stay while visiting family. The unit was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed. He even left Hershey's kisses for my arrival! Within walking distance to restaurants and bars, and he allowed me to park my car in his driveway. I felt very safe here, thanks Max and family!”

“We rented this property as a safe place for folks to sleep to avoid high surge prices on VRBO, as well as a central location to keep everyone safe after exploring the area on a holiday. The host was INCREDIBLE about answering our questions, and accommodating our guests. The facility was clean and so cute, the rooms were cozy and plenty of room for our folks to sleep, fits as many guests as listed VERY comfortably. ”

“Vacationed and visited on the canal for over 70 years. This is a great place without a highway running right behind it. And not packed in 10 feet from the next house. Quiet and peaceful, just you the water and the wild life.My only suggestion would be a better outside deck surface and wider steps. Very slippery and narrow.”

“The house and its aesthetics lend to a calm, relaxing environment! The view is is simply stunning and everyone could view it at the same time- very large open deck with ample comfy seating and dual sliding glass door make it possible to enjoy view from interior as well. Every part of this stay was excellent- from communication. with owners- check in and check out process and house amenities! Wonderful get away!”

“Our stay here was amazing. The place itself is very welcoming and homey, with lots of natural light and comfortable seating and bedding, along with vibrant decor. Cole was an amazing host! He left a personalized note with some chocolates for our check-in, and made sure to give us privacy for our stay. He provided a binder with clear and concise explanations of house rules, extra amenities, and useful info (with pictures of his adorable dog!). “I'd like to say I really enjoyed the stay. Overall, I was pleased.The rooms were clean and well maintained. And the location is near downtown which was nice.We didn't hear anything from our host during our trip.But you are in the basement, and so you will hear foot steps above you, along with the dog running around, and the TV. All are expected in a lodging.My wife did not like as much from the start. I guess I didn't tell her that this was a basement apartment, maybe I didn't read the listing...
