We loved this location
We really enjoyed this condo. It was close to everything. Loved the lazy river, could have spent the day floating around. Our condo was clean and easy to be a home away from home. It was well stocked with any appliances you would need. Plan on come back again next year.

Lovely Home, Relaxing Stay
My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Windy Hill Dunes. This condo was clean, well stocked, and nicely furnished. They even had streaming services available. We loved the views, the building's many amenities, and close proximity to the beach. The location was perfect, a blend between relaxing and quiet but also so close to loads of entertainment. We plan on coming back again next year!

Overall great place
Condo clean and well maintained. The decking chairs were very comfortable. It’s hard to find units with comfy furniture! Only thing we wish was different that we’ve enjoyed at many other condos in NMB is if condo is clean early you’re allowed to check in before 4pm. We’ve lucked out over the last 10 years of checking in an hour or two earlier because it was clean and that’s so helpful with car load full of stuff and cranky kids after long travel days. This didn’t have any possibility of checking in before 4pm even if cleaned earlier or no prior tenant.

Amazing family vacation!
We had an amazing time and the location was a huge part of that. My grandma has a hard time getting around anymore and having a walk in shower and ocean view from the main bedroom made her vacation so wonderful! She could sit on the balcony and see my son playing in the pool and lazy river. The decor is beautifully done. We will definitely be coming back to this particular location. The room was close to the elevators. They also have shopping carts to bring up your groceries which was a huge help! The only thing I would suggest to future guest is being pillow cases, they had plenty of extra pillows but we couldn’t find any pillow cases. I’m sure we could have reached out to the owner/management company but it didn’t really bother us. I am already ready to start planning our next years trip. ❤️

Great for the family
We had a nice and comfortable stay. The location is great, check in was very easy, and the apartment was very spacious. For the price I would say it's going to be hard to beat this place. Beachfront with a decent view and the pools were a big plus for us. The HOA there kept everything very clean and was always welcoming and polite. The only down side I can think of was the apartment was on the first floor directly above the lazy river. Noise wasn't much of a problem though and they shut down the pool at 9pm. All in all we would definitely stay again.

The unit is oceanfront in a great location. Very spacious and equipped. Pool, hot tub and lazy river were very nice along with the 4 outdoor showers to rinse off the sand. The grounds were well kept. The unit was not clean enough for my family.

Bliss at the Beach
Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Clean, convenient and all around great. Exactly as pictured. Unit and furniture in good to great shape. Husband loved cooking on the green egg grills since he had to leave his at home :) Had one minor maintenance issue that they resolved quickly and with as little interruption to our vacation as possible. Would recommend and hope to stay here again ourselves.

Nice place!
Condo was very accommodating and clean. Needed some updating. King bed was extremely comfortable, but the others were a little too soft and bouncy. The view was fantastic from the balcony. Only steps to the beach. The grounds around the pool, lazy river, and hot tub were clean and updated. 3 elevators made it nice too. The only issue we had was when we first arrived we couldn't find a parking pass. I called and the issue was resolved, but it could have made our arrival easier if the parking pass had been there in the beginning. Everything else was good and I would definitely stay there again.

There was no smoking allowed anywhere on the property so it was very inconvenient to have to go to the street ever time I wanted a cigarette. Saw smoking on patios of Beach Club II and may consider that for my stay next time

Perfect place
We stayed for two weeks and it was the perfect place for us! It was a home away from home. We had kids that ranged from ages 2 to 11 and they all enjoyed the pool and the baby pool was perfect for the little ones. Having three elevators was great for such a big place. Our kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all two weeks. Grills provided right outside the pool area. Showers provided as you come back from the beach to clean off. The beds are a little uncomfortable. But other than that I would definitely recommend!!

Second stay in this unit
This was my second stay in this unit. Earlier this year with a group of friends and now with my family of four. The location can’t be beat! The outside of the building and pool area are impeccably maintained. And the beach access is excellent! My only complaints would be the unit was a bit dirtier this stay than it was on the previous stay and the sheets on the king bed were terrible. I would recommend bringing your own sheets. Neither of these things would make me say I wouldn’t stay here again. The location really is spectacular and the balcony is wonderful.

Great location and condo!
Very easy checkin. Using a code to access the condo was great. We didn't need to worry about holding onto a key at the beach. They also supplied some extras such as beach chairs and games. Only con is the first floor location, but condo was clean and spacious. All in all a great time!

Beautiful home with beautiful views
Everything was wonderful we had one TV we couldn't get working in the bedroom with the two double beds. And the bathroom light had a little issue flickering the bathroom in the hallway. But overall everything was wonderful one suggestion you might want to upgrade your chest you have in your living room it is pretty worn out just a suggestion LOL thank you so much for everything it was great! Great family meeting place
Nicely maintained property. We enjoyed the ceramic egg BBQ that only uses natural chunk charcoal (supplied by the tenant). Most everything worked well. Was given an incorrect frontdoor entry code with was cared for within 15 minutes. One big negative for us on our arrival was that the kitchen/dining/livingroom/balconey areas were not very clean. Overall, our stay was enjoyable.
