“El Hotel no esta mal pero no se corresponde con elevado precio (250€/noche), en una de las dos habitaciones no funcionaba la WIFI, lo repararon en unas 18 horas, en la otra habitación, el baño no tenia enchufe, el lavabo tenia una encimera muy pequeña y la mampara de la ducha no era del todo estanca, en la mesita auxiliar apenas cabia el ordenador.”

“Muy limpio hotel, la gente amable y el area céntrica. La única recomendación es q avisen q no hay elevador ! ”

“This property was conviently located in the Shepherd's Bush area - lovely - quite diverse community. We stayed in the hotel and had a couple of meals in the restaurant/pub. The staff were fun and really cared about how our stay was. Wendy, the room attendant, was terrific! She helped us ensure our experience was nothing but the best. The Nespresso coffee pods, provided milk, tea and very cool sugar gave our mornings the punch they needed! I look forward to staying here in the near future!”

“This is the second time we have stayed here and it is a good place for The Hackney Empire. We enjoyed our stay. Dinner is available on site but not breakfast. There are available places to have breakfast on the high street. There are no lifts in The Old Ship just stairs and there are two flights. The staff are very helpful and informative. Nothing is too much trouble. The Old Ship caters for all age groups. We will definately stay here again. ”

“You cannot talk to them, my flight got canceled as one of the plane engines almost exploded and I tried by all means to cancel and I only got automatic responses and automated emails saying that they were welcome to receive me ”
