“Our stay here was okay I mean we’ve been to worse places but as we arrived we were met with a hole in the floor between our 2 single beds. Then as we were going to microwave our food the microwave had mouldy food inside of it. The manager & cleaners did offer us a different room but we were settled by the time we found the food so we just stayed in our room. “We noticed on arrival a very bad smell in the kitchen - though the kitchen was not visibly dirty. We tried but did not manage to locate the source of the smell - but it put us off from cooking at the property. I did contact the property manager about this when we left. The rooms and accommodation were spacious and perfect for our stay visiting family. There was quite a lot of early morning foot fall noise from Above which woke everyone. And I dont think it was obvious from the booking site...

The only thing I want to draw attention to is accessibility. Not a criticism, but if one were disabled they would want to know: 2 steps down to kitchen, 3 steps more to bathroom, a full flight of steep steps outside down to the washer under the stairs”
