“Great little place, easy to get to and within easy distance of the city centre, public transport etc. Room was clean, cosy and bed was comfortable. Directions to get in were precise and easy to follow and in all a great place to stay. Would use again and would recommend.”

“Buchungen über dieses Reiseportal werden von der Unterkunft nicht akzeptiert! Die Unterkunft lässt sich über dieses Portal buchen, aber vor Ort ist keine Reservierung bekannt und kein Zimmer verfügbar! Ich fühle mich betrogen und hätte bitte endlich gerne mein Geld zurück!”

“I booked this apartment for my engineer, he attended site and was told this is in a bad area of town. He went back to the apartment around 9pm and there were multiple parties in the area and had strangers approach him and was made very uncomfortable. He drove back to London. Would not recommend this property. ”

“student accommodation, modern and clean, but the shared kitchen was messy. decent location and friendly staff. a lot of amenities on site incl cinema room, gym, outdoor bbq area. 24hr security. decent price.”

“Overall, very good. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. A couple of details would improve it - more hooks for clothes during a longer stay, and a waste bin under the desk would be appreciated. I would stay at Roomzzz Newcastle again.”

“Great apartment in great house. Everything was comfortable and clean. It had a little kitchenette which we didn't use but it would have been useful for a longer stay. I have marked you down 1 star on Communications as I could find the information regarding check out time on the last day and it was hard to find it online, it said 11am in one place and 12 noon another. I had to go to the Holiday Inn checkout next door and ask them in person. ”
