“The cottage is very cute and as described. There are no views and the requirement to both put on the linens supplied by the motel and strip the beds was an unpleasant work requirement. The motel reception was closed as I came in about 2:30 and the room was ready and I was hoping to make the two beds. I saw the receptionist but she was busy and said she'd be back in 30 minutes. “Quaint, comfy cottage within walking distance to Marginal Way and downtown. Peaceful quiet surroundings with beautiful view of garden and birds. The cottage was well equipped with all necessary items to ensure comfort and relaxing stay. Host was exceptional with communication, availability and timely responses. We will definitely stay again.”

“My husband, 5 yo daughter and I stayed here for a wedding we were attending. The location is perfect, so close to the best beach in Southern ME. They provided a lot of items to make the stay comfortable. There were 2 things that we really didn’t enjoy. One was arriving on vacation and having to make our own beds. Bit of a pain. And the bed size and comfort, could have really used a queen bed and updated mattress in the primary bedroom. ”

“What a fantastic spot at Wells! This whole process was smooth as butter! The house was so cute and filled with anything you could need! We enjoyed dinner out and a dinner in! We would use this spot again! ”

“The pictures are accurate. Darling little cottage. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. We spent each morning drinking coffee in the screened in porch. Loovely! The bedroom was very small and a dresser that I used for some things, but am thankful for the luggage racks in the living room so we didn't have to keep them on the floor. Laundry room was good and spacious. I would stay here again. Wells is a nice town.”

“We had a wonderful week at Cottage 9. It was very quiet and occupants in the other cottages both owners and renters were friendly. The pool was wonderful especially for our 10 year old grandchild after a day of surf camp. The food options very close by were great.”
