“It was my first experience staying at a house rental. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was very responsive which I greatly appreciated. The only downside was the parking when they had visitors, but it wasn’t a big issue. the first time I knocked on the door and they moved the car from my assigned space. The second time, I parked on their drive way and let Josie know directly via message and the car in my space was moved and I didn't have to worry...

“Our long weekend in Orange was very enjoyable! This home has a great backyard with pool and hot tub! We loved the hot tub!!! The home is spacious and clean. Stayed here with my two sisters. There is an issue with the queen size bed- very squeaky and way too soft- my sister that had that room , moved over to the bunk room instead. Dishwasher top rack needs t be fixed, but otherwise works fine. We were only here for about 3 nights , so was not much of an issue for us. Location is fabulous, close...

“Cockroaches, bugs,, and spiders/spiderwebs throughout the house. Outside of property looks like the place should be condemned. Five foot tall weeds with trash everywhere on front lawn. Contacted property manager immediately about roaches, sent pictures, and was told to use the insect spray under the sink. Host was nice and responded in timely manner. Vrbo should ensure properties depict accurate photos, for customer satisfaction. ”
