“The property was below expectations. The complex was on the rougher side, and there were damaged items in the house including the couch. The bed mattress was still wrapped in plastic and not comfortable to sleep on. The internet speed and tv variety was nice, as well as the patio area. The host was very communicative and brought towels because there weren’t any, but the towels were small, thin, rough and stained. The price was very reasonable, but I would not stay here again. “Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed...

“The description is entirely misleading. This was not “a lovely home nestled in a quiet neighborhood,” it’s an apartment and it was not lovely. The garage is detached and the apartment door has an iron grate over it. It was not a good neighborhood, and as a woman, it felt unsafe. The people hanging out outside their garage did not seem friendly. I found a hotel instead. Vrbo has no quality control, and did nothing to help with the situation, and the hosts just argued with me.”

“The beds and the house are very comfortable. We got a list of ruler when we checked in. I would have liked to have seen them before on the listing before we booked. The owners were very accommodating and always responded quickly if I had a question. The driveway is right in front the pool and we couldn’t close the gate. So there was not a lot of privacy when you were outside. If you have small children there is no safety from the pool. You can see that in the photos. We never heard the pump...

“While the inside is accurate the host fails to mention the garage is a 4 car shared garage that both cleaning staff and residents leave open so your car is not safe there is a trap house located rught behind that light off fire works randomly throughout the night and week on top of all this the wifi was out for 75% of the stay neighbors would connect to your tv multiple time messing with you do not stay here it is not worth the money”

“I was in town for a conference, and this location was an easy walk to the convention center. It was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. It was in a relatively quiet area and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. I felt 100% safe.”
