“Excellent property and host, well described. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Although all required permits are provided, street parking availability varies with time of day and beach lot parking, while reasonably convenient, was commonly gated and locked. Apparently there is a code to open the lock, but we did not learn of that until the end of our stay which caused some inconvenience. ”

“Nathan was a fantastic Host! He is the nicest host I have ever rented a vacation home from. He checked in on us and responded promptly. He truly cares that you enjoy your stay. The property is exactly how it is described. Less than 10 minutes from Disney. It was close to Wal-Mart and many other stores. Quite neighborhood. We would definitely stay again at his Harle Anaheim property. 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Thank you Nathan ”

“Host replies quickly to your questions. Place has everything you need. Rooms are spacious and the master bedroom is wonderful and opens to the pool. The pool was clean and at a perfect temp. Be sure to let the host know a day a head to heat.if”

“The house is very nicely decorated, and loved everything new and clean. 3 bedrooms 2 baths and a small kitchen area. Only issue we had was one of our nights the neighbors were having a party until past midnight and it was super loud, we couldn't even hear the TV over the music. ”

“The beds were comfortable and the showers nice. The craftsman architecture makes the house fell like home. The outdoor furniture has been neglected and is in need of cleaning which was dissapointing. Otherwise, the house was a comfortable place to stay for 5 days.”

“We had 5 adults and lived staying here. Seems brand new! Great kitchen and family room. Beds and pillows a dream. Quiet dead end street. Amazing roof patio with wonderful views. Enjoyed wine at night with a full moon and espresso at sunrise. Small problem with the parking gate was immediately dealt with. Definitely a 5 star rating!! ”

“It was a nice home. The area was great. My only concern was that I could not reach anyone when I had a question. The home has a for sale sign in front and that caused me concern. I called VRBO to reassure me all was well and after that we had a great stay. If the home remains, I would use it again!”

“The house was much bigger than it appeared in the photos - we were pleasantly surprised. The location is great, though it is a long walk we were able to walk to both the convention center and Downtown Disney. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but clean and functional. No complaints! Thank you.”
