“We had 5 adults and lived staying here. Seems brand new! Great kitchen and family room. Beds and pillows a dream. Quiet dead end street. Amazing roof patio with wonderful views. Enjoyed wine at night with a full moon and espresso at sunrise. Small problem with the parking gate was immediately dealt with. Definitely a 5 star rating!! ”

“This property was close to all the events associated with my 45th Santa Monica High School reunion. I appreciated the private entrance given I was coming and going all hours of the day. I also appreciated the coffee set up. I did not have to venture out for coffee. This property was exceptionally convenient.”

“Everything was as advertised! There are 3 BR's with private baths which was very convenient. The property was clean, in a great neighborhood, and had everything needed for a small group or family stay!”

“Awesome home!!! We had 9 people and knew a hotel would be tight so we decided to stay in an Vrbo instead. This home has 3 king beds and one queen. The queen bedroom was more separate from the other 3 bedrooms so my husband and I decided to take that bed and had all the kids in the king bedrooms. 3 of my younger kids fit in one king bed comfortably. The bathroom by the king bedrooms was the nicer of the two and had hotter water in the shower. The hot tub was so nice to be able to get in after a...

“The overall experience was good. Only a couple of things that could have been better. 1. The house layout was weird. 2. The were components of the house that were dated. Like I said, overall communication with host was great and proximity to Disney was excellent. Universal Studios was a trek in bad traffic to get to. Not a terrible drive to Huntington Beach either. ”

“We had an amazing stay with a perfect location for our activities. The kitchen was well appointed. We had a couple of issues one of which was self induced. Management was extremely responsive and fixed our issues or walked us through right away. I would 100% come back! Lovely house! ”

No hand towels in the back bedroom and no kitchen towels or dish soap to clean up after meals. The living room tv and the fireplace didn't work. “Property was as advertised. Had an awesome time in the pool and hot tub when we weren’t at the Disney parks. Host was easily accessible through text or email. Would recommend! ”

“Excellent property and host, well described. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Although all required permits are provided, street parking availability varies with time of day and beach lot parking, while reasonably convenient, was commonly gated and locked. Apparently there is a code to open the lock, but we did not learn of that until the end of our stay which caused some inconvenience. ”

“No complaints at all. The house was big, beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The rooms were big with comfy beds, everyone fit comfortably. There is the pool which we didn’t use much as it was chilly out and didn’t want to pay the extra fee to heat it up, which was a bummer. But in the summer months I bet it would be great! We booked a family trip to Disney, which was about a 10min drive or less which was the best to get back quick after a long day of fun....
