“Mark’s property is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, especially the master bedroom. The outdoor spaces are wonderful - the private pool was great for a dip after traveling around KW. The kitchen supplies were great -lots of pots and pans with matching lids, plenty of baking sheets and cutting boards, and utensils. There were laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, TP, dish soap, and paper towels—also, basic spices left over from previous guests. There are plenty of bath towels and pool...

“The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The place was clean and well maintained. TV/cable instructions would have been very helpful. The upstairs hallway smoke detector triggered for no apparent reason and i had to stand on a stool to deactivate it -kind of dangerous.”

“This was our home-away-from-home for 8 days. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Having a washer/dryer in the unit really had us spoiled. The management staff were friendly and responsive. The location, on stock island, required a car for getting to the beach or Duval street, but made for a quiet, peaceful place to rest. around”

“Property was very nice and clean in a gated community. After we arrived we went to fix supper and discovered the oven was NOT working. With it being around the holidays they were not able to get a repairman to get it fixed until after our stay. I would have appreciated some type of little refund as the reason we like VRBO’s is so we can eat one meal a day a home and not have to eat out all the time. 7 people eating out all the time gets expensive in a hurry.
