“The house & amenities were outstanding! The kids were as excited to come home every night as they were to go to all of the Universal parks. We loved the game room, movie room & hot tub! And with a fully equipped kitchen, we were able to stay in comfortably a couple of nights & cook dinner at home. ”

“Our stay at this property was very good. From arrival to departing. Easy to access, location was great with a view of the water from the back patio. We spent most days (when we weren't out touristing) on the patio and in the pool. We did have a small issue with the heated pool, but the management company dealt with it immediately. The house is mostly as shown and in good condition. We did use the home theatre a little and the games room. The basketball game didn't work but everything else did....
