“On the plus side the accommodation is situated next to lake windermere and the mountains so glorious scenery guaranteed. Invermere is a friendly town with lots of shopping available. My main disappointment was the failure of communications between myself and the property owner to ensure accommodation was available on our arrival. “Beautiful hotel”

“On the first morning of my stay, the coffee maker in my room failed to work, but the kind chamber lady in the hallway quickly switched it out and it did work thereafter. I discovered also on my first morning. There was only lukewarm to very cool water in the shower, which was rather disappointing.”

“The staff member who checked us in, indicated that (although we had already paid through Expedia) he didn’t have us in the computer. After showing him confirmation emails, he reluctantly gave us a room but said we may have to move when the manager arrives. Fortunately, we did not hear from the manager and fell asleep before the noise began”
