“Great place nice a clean. The desk service staff are kind and helpful. The only drawback and this is more about the area is that it shuts down very early at night and also opens late in the morning. So dining options if youn arrive after 8pm are limited to the outskirts of town. Rooms are roomy and very clean. ”

“Came to Nelson for the night , looking for a hotel came in to the best western. Staff said they could do a room for Canadian. Still a lot of money for a solo traveler . Went for a walk in town looked at my hotels.com app . Found a room at best western for taxes in .Went back to reception and booked for a night . Thought it was a good deal . Until I checked on my banking and saw that $ was in USA currency. Worked out to $ can . Feel completely ripped off as the site didn’t say USA FUNDS . Not...

“Loved the breakfast. Fried eggs and not scrambled. Also, loved the shuttle bus to take you downtown and pick ya back up free of charge. Oh and cant forget the liquor store that is attached. Rooms clean and staff super friendly. Wish I had more time to stay to enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub overlooking the mountains.”
