“BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY! But it needs much tender loving care. The outside structure can use some attention. The floors were dusty upon entry. Some Light bulbs were out throughout the home. But I will most definitely return- it just needed some attention. We will miss the gorgeous view!”

“My husband a I came for a week with two other couples. The house was wonderful for our needs. The owner, Bill and the house manager, Karin were great at communicating and made sure our stay was very comfortable. Karin met us at the airport and took us to the house and help to arrange a rental car for the week. We all had a great time and look forward to returning to Long Island in the future. I would definitely recommend this property.”

“February Point is a beautiful community with an excellent restaurant, pool, hot tub, and beach area. The home was very spacious and well laid out with some excellent views of the ocean on each floor. The included boat was a game changer. Having the flexibility to use the boat as desired allowed us to explore many places in the Elizabeth Harbor and other areas that we otherwise would not have seen. Would highly recommend!”
