“I was surprised to find out how far this property was from main points of interest, given how expensive transportation is. A positive is how quiet it is, in comparison to downtown, but options for dining, shopping, etc. are very limited. The property itself was fine except that the wifi was very unstable. If you need to work at all, or use the wifi for your mobile service (like I did), then this is not a feasible option. ”

“Took my son (8) here for Spring Break and he never left the water park from 8 am - 5 pm… needless to say this place was a hit. I felt completely comfortable sitting by the pool while he swam the lazy river and went down the slides. Lifeguards were everywhere and to get on and off the beach required the wrist band.”

“I am originally from The Bahamas and spent every Easter as a child in Rock Sound with my grandparents. My wife and I decided to spend Easter this year with my family. The property is full of history, having been part of the Rock Sound Club started by Arthur Vining Davis. Karen has done an absolutely remarkable job renovating this part of the property - everything from the flooring to the landscaping, interior design...it was all so clean and looked new. AC in the rooms, fridge, good water...

“This private residence is very conveniently located for the Bay, the downtown and for nice restaurants. You can arrange pickup from the airport for a reasonable price and it included a good intro to the area. Miss Donna was very nice, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!”
