“We booked this villa for a bachelorette! It was plenty of space for a group of 9! It was a great location and close to the airport. Since it is hurricane season, the water from the beach does come pretty close to the house, so be mindful of that. Also be mindful that one of the rooms is outside of house; pretty much a mini guest house. Donella, the property manager arranged pick up for us from the airport and took us to get groceries. The service and communication from John and Donella were outstanding. “This was a nice house private house with private and secluded beach access. The house was well appointed but a bit cluttered. Too much furniture and the kitchenware was dated but it had a cozy feel. There was an odd musty smell that with us for the week probably due to the AC leaking and soaking the dining room rug, property manager was alerted and didn’t seem too concerned. We had a nice time and a comfortable stay but the house was priced too high and wasn’t as well kept as pictures showed....

“Property is gorgeous. After the first day we had the property to ourselves. The pool, hot tub and view is spectacular. The house was very comfortable for 7 adults. Highlights of the trip were Chef Khristont for a private dinner Captain Chris for our full day excursion and Luther’s Taxi who was always there and on time when we needed him. Norm the property manager was very accommodating through out our stay. Great vacation highly recommend. ”
