“This villa is gorgeous! It's spacious and comfortable for 3-4 people. The murphy bed pulls down in the living room, separate from the 2 couches sitting area. Best of all - it's a perfect location, walkable to the marina, beach, state street, wine tasting rooms, restaurants, everything. We parked the car and didn't need it during our stay. Highly recommend! Also, you can even walk 1-2 blocks to 2 small groceries/markets.”

“This house had everything we needed for a great week in the Santa Barbara area. Maxim and Vinita are incredible hosts. Very helpful with local recommendations and very responsive. Not that you really need to contact them. This house was one of the best stocked places I’ve ever stayed. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals. The beds are very comfortable.
