“My wife and I spent 2 nights in Santa Ynez while visiting a few wineries and enjoying the area. The guest house was very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Location was perfect as it is very close to Santa Ynez and Solvang restaurants, in addition to the local Santa Ynez Valley wine area. Would highly recommend for a couple.”

“The property was exactly as it was listed. The guest house was quaint and well kept. We had an issue with the WiFi but the host was very responsive and resetting the modem while we were out for dinner. We had a few ants that made their way into the property but the owner pointed us to some bug spray and we resolved that issue fairly quickly.”

“Property was great, BUT, construction is going on across the street and it starts early, with the construction there is a metal plate on the roadway so each time a vehicle drives over it, it makes a loud thump/clank… of course this isn’t the property management’s fault, however, if your not interested in waking up 6:30ish Monday through Friday, I’d look elsewhere ”
