We truly appreciate all the help we got so we didn’t have to move. This is a great place close to anywhere you want to go in Punta Gorda. The neighborhood is great! “Super clean and cute! Spend a few days for a sisters get away, the sea kayaks were AWESOME to use, we were able to catch the sunrise and sunset and see dolphins playing. We loved the outdoor shower, beach cruisers and hammock! The location is PERFECT so close to everything in Matlacha, and the property owner and the Manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, the towels were fluffy and linens were soft and clean, cant recommend enough!”

“condo/rental not compltely finished. Dirty and moldy outdoor furniture which prevented enjoyment of the balcony. Trash bins filled to the top outside, electrical wires exposed all over the pool area, elevator malfunctioned and my 14 year old got stuck and firefighters had to assist. Refrigerator water and ice dispenser were broken, dyers only worked for 1 laundry session then it malfunctioned the whole time, barn doors in master bedroom not adequate width resulting in door coming off track and...

“I stayed for two weeks at the beginning of April while attending client meetings. It was perfect as a base, nice and clean, and quiet. The neighborhood was great to walk around in the evening. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped (hotplate, no stove) as I like to cook instead of going out to restaurants. Lots of grocery stores nearby. Between the hotplate, the microwave, and the toaster oven, I did quite well for myself. The king sized bed is most comfortable. It is well located and...

“Arrived late at night ..and in the rain...The garage door was up and the lights were blazing...making it really easy to see the Orange Cone Gary had mention that I was to park behind. The place was clean and exactly as ,described in the VRBO. There was water in the Fridge, There were beach items for my use. The Lanai was great since I had rain nearly all the time....as was the Hot Tub!! Gary was great about responding both prior to my stay and during my stay! The bed was wonderful...I slept...
