My only recommendations are if there is a family of 4 staying especially with teen girls make sure there are more towels. One towel per person for a week is not ideal. I also recommend providing a new kitchen sponge for new guests, ours had hair and it was previously used. Listing also didn’t not indicate in unit 5 that the bedrooms are separated by a wall and not completely closed off...

“The condo is in a great location with being directly across the beach and walking distance to two restaurants. The beach is right across the street which is really nice as the beach parking fills quickly. Better yet, the condo provides beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, and even a beach wagon to easily walk to the beach. The condos pools were very nice as well. The condo does have only 1 wall a/c unit which was fine for us but I could see some feeling warm if you prefer the room temperature below...

“The apartment is ideally located - short walk to the beach, and restaurants right across the street (and a deli below the apartment). Bikes available and an outdoor space for games. There are still some drainage issues around the island, so the walkway to the beach at the end of the street was under water from recent rain (we saw this in other parts of the island, too). “Everything was exactly as described. Great location for going for daily beach walks. Great restaurants close by... I recommend The Fish House! You do have to get in the car for that one but it is definitely worth the very short drive down the street.
