“We lived our week at this beach condo. The location was perfect….right on the beach and just a short walk to Times Square (downtown). The condo was very clean when we arrived and well-appointed with whatever we needed for cooking. Even though it’s a small space, all of it is used very efficiently. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. We would definitely stay again if ever in the Fort Myers area. ”

The only thing I would suggest is that the administration rewrite the description of the property to explain the washer and dryer are shared with the community and not inside the unit. The complex is still under construction and repair from hurricanes but our host Xavier was very upfront and transparenet about the facilities and the rate was significantly discounted. Sad to see FMB still under so much construction. A lot has changed in the 3 years we haven’t been here to stay. Only bummer about this site was no working pool and constant construction outside. Totally understandable but not great. ”
