“We loved this property and would stay here again! It was just as described. It's in a quiet residential area and is a perfect getaway spot with good privacy. It has lots of windows (especially the large ones in the bedroom), that look out on the lush rainforest. We loved hearing the frogs at night! The bed was extremely comfortable. “We had the best time at this little hideaway! It was perfect for the 2 of us and David and Wendy are wonderful. We didn't take advantage of the on site laundry, but it was so nice to have it available if needed.Property was as described if not better. Everything we needed. No wifi, but there is a cafe not far if you need to get some work done. We loved the frogs lullaby each night, and petting Tuffy the donkey was a joy!”

“We were looking for a place to stay for the night outside of Hilo while exploring that side of the island. This little cottage is clean, spacious and directly across the road from a beautiful, secluded black sand beach. It was magical! We would absolutely stay here again and enjoy it for a longer stay.
