“Perfect spot in Newport Beach near to beach, restaurants, summer water sports, and shopping. Very clean comfortable accommodations with stocked kitchen, bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Very nice site for relaxing and enjoying the local area. Area is also a great jump off spot to Orange County activities if desired. Outside front patio (with barbecue (we didn't use) including dining table. Wifi was great. Communication with host was spot on. Would stay again.”

“We really enjoyed our time at this place! It had everything that you need, and included beach chairs, boogie boards and a couple of bikes to use during our stay! Parking included a garage, which was big enough to fit our Suburban, which was a big plus! Management team was very responsive to any questions we had and gave plenty of recommendations for places to eat and things to do! All ready planning our next trip!”

“We would definitely stay here again. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for the family. The backyard was very peaceful and we enjoyed sitting out there. There is a lemon tree with very tasty lemons. We enjoyed seeing and hearing all the kids in the neighborhood outside playing and having fun. It was also very quiet too. I would recommend staying here!! The homeowner was very friendly, attentive and would respond right away when we had questions which was refreshing not have to wait...

“Overall we had a great stay in Newport. The house is beautiful and so perfectly located. We enjoyed the two minute walk to an amazing beach. The best part of this place is two parking places in the garage. You can't beat the reserved space especially this close to the beach. Plenty of close food, coffee and grocery. We were there on a very hot weekend and at times the beach house got too warm despite the portable air conditioner. By evening the fans were enough to make it more tolerable. We used...

“3 sisters and 2 nieces. Stayed for 2 nights. Went to the Neil Diamond Musical. This home is 7 minutes to the Segerstrom Center for the Arts and shopping at South Coast Plaza. The house and location was PERFECT. A lot of room. Beds are very comfortable. Bedding is cozy. Could use some mirrors in the bedrooms. Getting ready in 3 very small bathroom mirrors was interesting, but we made it work. Take mirrors with you. Great home! We had an incredible 2 nights. ”
