“This was a great stay for our family. The unit was spotless and was stocked with the essentials which made it so nice to not have to worry about. Very family friendly, even a little potty seat for our daughter which was a nice touch. Location was great to walk down to the beach and to hop on the PCH to get to where we needed to go. “The unit was spacious and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and a park to walk your dog is close by for those bringing pets. The only drawback of our vacation had nothing to do with the rental. The beach itself was disappointing due to the 4 foot high sand berm at the shore line--tough with young children and older folks who are unable to climb up and down.”

“The location of the unit is great—right down the street from beach access. However, the unit was not perfect. We are a family of five and I prepared all of our meals to save money. The kitchen was fairly well equipped until I opened the silverware drawer. There were only 3 forks. I called the management company and was promised that someone would bring more forks but that never happened. The furniture is a bit stained and shabby. The sofa smells faintly of urine. Not nice! “Great house! Enjoyed having my adult kids downstairs and me upstairs. It was great to have a garage as well. The house has everything you need. If you plan on riding the bikes or scooters, bring a lock. We will definitely be back!”

“The property is a bit worn compared to pictures. The fridge is missing a key shelf and property owners have no intention of replacing it which makes fridge capacity limited. Largest issue came when we were leaving one day and the keypad door would not lock - it was malfunctioning. When we contacted "Stay wirh Dave", they expected us to wait for handyman to come fix door but initially could not tell us when door would be fixed. Therefore we had to cancel our plans. “We’ve been looking for a beach front property for a long time and found this home right on the beach. Accommodations exceeded our expectations. The property manager was amazing to work with and answered all questions immediately. We are considering to return next summer. My daughter in law suggest you add a fire pit to the patio… ☺️”

“The property is exactly as advertised. We got there and the light fixture was leaking in one bathroom ceiling. We called a few minutes to 11pm as we had arrived late and they answered the phone and had maintenance and repair in the next morning. Great service, quiet property. We would stay again.”

“Fabulous ocean view! The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Truly enjoyed the upper patio/balcony. This rental is not for someone with mobility issues due to stairs. The only negative is that you have to pay to use the washer and dryer. For the price of the rental this should be included. Overall a beautiful, comfortable place to stay!”

“This was a great place to stay and very well decorated and clean! The host added nice touches and provided soaps and plenty of towels too. The only downside is that the neighborhood isn't as nice as the unit and she does state that you do have to go up a flight of stairs in the listing, but neither of those bothered us since we didn't do much in the place but eat dinner, shower and sleep (we were there to attend a hockey tournament) and are all very able bodied to carry our gear around....

“Only complaint was that it was a tiny bit confusing when we arrived when we pulled in, we realized we had pulled in the wrong spot. There were instructions but a lot of them and it just took a bit to figure it out. We had to basically enter in the back down the cramped alley way where there were a lot of sketchy people each day. We were happy about the locked gate and private garage but the neighbor didn’t have theirs locked so that didn’t help much. Homeless people wandered around at times....
