“This place is in a convenient location in Costa Mesa that allows you quick access to other parts of Orange County. It was as advertised in the photos with great space in both bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. This was super clean and had all the necessities needed for week’s stay. The communication was great and the checkout process a breeze. Highly recommend. ”

“The location is fantastic and definitely the reason to stay here! Also, the unit is a great size and the outdoor patio was great for feeling like it was even more spacious. The unit had lots of towels which was good as well. Biggest complaint was ants, they were everywhere and ruined some of our food that we left on the counter. “Fabulous ocean view! The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Truly enjoyed the upper patio/balcony. This rental is not for someone with mobility issues due to stairs. The only negative is that you have to pay to use the washer and dryer. For the price of the rental this should be included. Overall a beautiful, comfortable place to stay!”

“This is our 3rd visit to Newport Beach and we have rented other houses in the area and I have to say this was my favorite so far. They make the check in and check out so easy and simple, I love that! The house sits right on the beach in a more quieter area which I enjoyed. The patio is very spacious which made it nice for entertaining since we had family near by. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and they had plenty of extra pillows!
