Shared bathroom and kitchen, which was expected based on price and photos, but not clear in details and another guest hadn’t assumed this and caused a big scene on check in. Wasn’t dirty, but could have been cleaner. Beds were comfy, but sheets smelt damp. Air con didn’t work in our room or another room that was empty. Free parking. Walking distance of the town centre which has takeaways. Kinda average stage. But cheapest around”
“The reception staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. I left my phone charger at home and they lent me one for the weekend. The room was a single and clean, although the decor was dated (the description did say it was a Victorian building). I had breakfast both mornings at The Galley Restaurant which was an all you can eat. The food was hot and fresh and had everything you would expect for a buffet restaurant. “Great spot in there heart of Tenby. Nice bar area overlooking the sea. Lots of stairs which is not good for mobile issues, however their is a lift. Lovely new and fresh rooms with all new amenities, comfortable bed and amazing shower.”
“Easy to self-check in, perfect location, and lovely, clean rooms. The views are wonderful no matter where you're situated in the hotel. I've stayed here many times and will be back for many more. My only minor complaint is that it's a shame the car park isn't subsidised. Other than that, I can't fault this place.

“Roch Castle Hotel ticks all the boxes for a superb and unique experience. The hotel exudes luxury but in a calm and peaceful manner. A sympathetic restoration leaves many of the castles features evident in most rooms and public rooms. ”

Towels were soft with a very pleasant smell that filled the bathroom. Only small complaints was the lack of Decaffeinated coffee & tea sachets, which you now expect in most establishments. Also the small TV was stuck in the corner of the room, but this only a minor problem.
The staff were pleasant & chatty & the breakfast was very nice.
