“Frequent traveler (over 50 nights a year). Terrible experience, No hot water for the 3 days on my stay, after contacting them, a technician was sent twice and a few hours before check out they said technician couldn't find an issue and ovoid and compensation. I asked for reservation to be canceled and the kept delaying a reply to the last minute. Overall fell very dishonest. Also small worms were coming out of the shower with the cold water. On the bathroom its moldy and there is no sound...

“Our trip was to get a medical procedure at Baylor St Luke's with a week's recovery time. Apartment complex was in a great gated neighborhood about a mile away. East covered parking. It was easy to Uber and DoorDash to the site.There is minimal kitchen equipment but we made do. Wifi/tv options were good. Communication with host was initially delayed but improved as the week went on. Check in and check out was a breeze. Loved the "valet trash" service.”

It is not super fancy, but it does have your basic amenities for a comfortable stay, including a large soaker bath! My son enjoyed the bath the most. It is actually right next store to a huge Wal-Mart if you forgot, or need anything. My only suggestion would have been a coffee pot for the grandparents. “The listing was very accurate and the apartment was very nice. Onsite employees were friendly and helpful. I was concerned with parking availability before the trip but used the $10 valet and had no problems. The only draw back was the amount of homeless people in the surrounding area and didn't really work around the area much.
