“My family and I always try to stay here evey time we have hospital visits and we get so bummed when it's already booked up because it's our favorite place to stay! Terrible experience, No hot water for the 3 days on my stay, after contacting them, a technician was sent twice and a few hours before check out they said technician couldn't find an issue and ovoid and compensation. “The stay was in such a good location, we were able to walk to a few different spots saving money on ubers since we didn’t get a rental. The unit was really nice with such a good view being on the 8th floor seeing the whole city.
