“Although the cabin itself was clean, tidy, quiet and as described, the booking regime was over the top for a one night stay. After booking and paying through Wotif, I then needed to submit a photo of my license and credit card online to a third party before check-in info would be released (half an hour before 3pm on the day). I was also bombarded with around 7-8 emails about the booking and several texts. So extreme for what should have been a simple stay in basic accommodation.”

Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great. “Our room was clean but the heater was not working under negative 1 and snowing. No one was in the property to help us fix the issue. No one answers nor return the calls we made. Zero customer service. ”
