“It was clean and practical. The only bad part was power was turned off for tree trimming pretty much a whole morning. Lol No lights in the bathroom. I totally get why and there is really no other way to safely do the job in a bucket truck with cutting tools around the power lines. Just a little heads up would have been nice. But the owner management were awesome and available for any of my questions. It’s the first time I’ve done this verses staying at hotels for business for 35 years but, I see...

“Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint.”

“Went to a SEMO football game and this is an ideal place to stay for that activity. Able to tailgate then pop in to refresh drinks etc. I am calling this place the 3C place. It is cute, convenient and oh so comfortable. Beds and chairs are all comfy and you have plenty of room. Like the other reviews say it is clean and the owners communicate very well. There is a staircase to go up that can be daunting at first. But take your time and it gets easier. Would book again if the home games were open....

“Fantastic location right downtown Savana. Walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops. Cute apartment with all the amenities…except the 7 squares of toilet paper and no refill. Good thing there were plenty of tissues. Nice clean place and very cool little hidden reading nook. We would definitely stay here again! ”
