“This stay was idyllic and everything that was promised. Privacy, serenity and beautiful surroundings. Loads to do in the area and off the beaten track enough to have a sanctuary from tourism. Susan was the hostess with the mostess. Always there for suggestions, but never intruding. Her family are quintessential Italian and we loved hearing her grandchildren calling each other across the garden, hearing the neigh of the horses and next doors donkey in the distance. “The cottage is wonderful for getting away from it all. Comfy bed, wifi, brilliant host, a varied selection of wildlife and animals! The location is really off the beaten track, the last road to the parking is very narrow with tight bends. We walked down the ancient path to the medieval bridge a couple of times, steep but great views. Very peaceful place, thoroughly recommended.”
