“We stayed late August for 7 nights. We enjoyed being right on the beach. The pool was lovely and well maintained as were the grounds. The tennis and pickle ball courts were beautiful. Maintenance staff was present every day. The owner was easy to contact and I discussed a couple of things the cleaning people should attend to and I'm sure they'll be taken care of. “Our stay was very enjoyable despite a couple big setbacks. Condo was decorated very nicely, with the exception of a stained bathtub. The condo was clean with the exception of a fair amount of sand in the living room. Since this is a beach condo, it was not the end of the world. Location was terrific. Everything we could possible need was less than a 5 minute drive away. We loved the screened-in porch from which we watched the sunset over the water each night. We had a storm roll through while we were there and the host called to check on us to ensure our safety which meant a lot. Highly recommend this one.”

“The condo is just as pictured. It’s very recently renovated so everything is crisp and clean. The master bed is incredibly comfortable. The beach isn’t too terribly far away but it’s a bit of a walk. Fortunately, the owners have a wagon (and there’s an elevator to easily get it to the ground floor). I would not hesitate for a second in booking this condo. BTW: the shelling was amazing and owners are fantastic!”

The only bad thing not Mary’s fault new bridge being built was very noisy but I will definitely recommend and return to this property ”

“The building was shut down for electrical upgrades the week we had booked, so the owners booked us an equivalent condo in the building next door for the week. The upgrades were scheduled for the previous week, but a storm caused a delay in the schedule. The owners contacted us with the alternate accommodations as soon as they were notified. I appreciate them making sure we could still come. ”
