“Sweet liitle efficiency cottage. Excellent air conditioning. I was really impressed with how responsive they are when asking questions about visitor parking and such. Bikes were awesome and location was great. If we come back to Sanibel we will stay at Parrot nest again.”

“Completely new inside, clean and just the right size for the 2 of us. Location is walkable to the beach (as long as your not carrying too many things). Or you can drive a couple minutes to Bowman's. Overall good accomodations. ”

“When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. The house itself looked good on the surface but we noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper, no dish soap or sponge, very minimal dishes, and the bathroom fan didnt work at all, and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. “We really enjoyed our time here. The house is in a great location with plenty of privacy. We had a lot of fun using the kayaks, and the closeness of the put-in was great. Well stocked with everything we needed - even a stacked washer/dryer. Has a homey feel as another reviewer said. There is a grocery store nearby and a good amount of restaurants around. We would both highly recommend a stay here.”
