“Easy check in with the owners sending us instructions. The units are surrounding the pool, so the only bad thing I could say about this stay is that if you want privacy - this is not your spot. We, however, didn’t mind and enjoyed meeting and talking to our neighbors. Owners are very responsive to every need we had - minor issues like a wonder in the u it were handled quickly and easily. “Give this place a five star rating. The view is absolutely gorgeous. All the appliances in the kitchen are first class. The only thing I would change is it needs a lounge chair for older people the furniture is too low for an only person to get up comfortably that does not change the five star rating. I would come back next year definitely.”

“Too many numbers in access code (for us elderly). Need better instructions for tv (for us elderly). No controller for fan in kitchen, stuck on high. No pass code for toilet near the pool. Should be easier to contact manager by leaving her number in the email with access codes. I did talk to the manager, Christine was fantastic. Clean, spacious, great location.”

“Pine Breeze was exactly as described on VRBO. Small but perfect for us. We spent much of our time on the lovely Lanai and beside the pool. Everyone staying there in one of the Condo's or living there full time were hospitable and fun to be around. The unit was very well stocked so when we return next winter we won't have to bring anything except our clothes. So happy to have found this place in Paradise.”

“Property was perfect for our needs. Short stay in town for a baseball tournament. The condo/townhome was extremely clean and comfortable. Good locations and easy check in process. Would definitely consider this property again if staying in the area. ”

“Arrived Jan 1 with no prior instructions how to get in the front gate. Called owner who told us to just wait as people come in an out all the time. He finally called a family member who lives there and they came and let us in. Jan 1 (think college football championship bowl games) and the TV had no ESPN or network channels available. “Beautifully decorated, needs some smaller glasses for kitchen. We didn't realize this was on the second floor, we have leg issues so it was difficult to climb. Everything else was great. Went to the beach on Easter, took beach chairs, one of them was rusted and broken on both sides. Just lucky we were in sand, did get some good laughs. Enjoyed our stay.”
