"Malisima, cuando cogí la habitacion de repente me dijeron que tenia que llevar una tarjeta fisica, pero yo no la tenia y ni me iba a llegar, yo esperaba que al ver que no podía hacer nada para pagar un deposito, mas dinero del que pague, me fueran a ayudar a devolver el dinero, por que no lo puse reembolsable, mi amiga que sabia mas ingles les llamo, gente sin escrupulos, muy mala gente! Por culpa de ellos tuve que pagar a otro hotel y gastarme el doble!"
