“Let's get this out of the way right now: this isn't the Marriott, Hyatt or Four Seasons. Walk up the front stairs and be greeted by two dogs who run the joint. Say hi to a few gentleman smoking cigars and having a beer. Walk inside, meet the owner who points you to the bar, says the first beer is on him, and welcomes you. Drop your stuff in your room. Walk to the bar, and see: stained glass lamps, a suit of armor, stuffed bears, a mounted elk, a mounted deer, plush couches, hotel guests...

“Recently stayed at this property with my family for my son‘s 12U Cooperstown All-Star village tournament. Great location and owner communication throughout the day. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay out that way. Being only minutes from the park and close to the little downtown was wonderful for our family With plenty to do around the area.”

“This was a wonderful place to stay, gorgeous location on a hilltop overlooking pastures with wild turkey and deer roaming by. Loved our stay. Only "complaint" was master bathroom never could get it to truly run anything approaching hot water, all my showers were below and approaching luke warm, I lived, but I would recommend a hot water pump if the hot water heaters are too far away. This would have bothered me far more if I had stayed in the winter than in the heat.One suggestion I would make...
