“We were visiting our so. And just needed an inexpensive..relatively..place to stay….. this was quite convenient…. We had a good night sleep…took a walk to beach..had a great chat with one of the ‘beach boys’ and thought it was lovely……”

“The Montauk Manor deserves its landmark designation but it is certainly updated and thoughtfully remodelled. The space is very well laid out and there are lovely vistas from every vantage point. My biggest complaint is the noise. Not necessarily the noise of other guests, but an unexplainable mechanical noise. It was a nuisance mostly just in the quiet of the night and the only détraction to an otherwise delightful stay. ”

“The apartment was very very nice. Clean, fresh, good location to highways, shopping, and restaurants. When you see the building from the outside you may question it, don’t question it. Area is safe. The little store next to the entrance is really good and authentic. Half mile from a great brewery.”

“The unit worked out well. It was very clean and functional. The fireplace and deck were pleasant. We did not cook. The only problem was the second bedroom was up a narrow staircase. All three of us are elderly and couldn't negotiate the stairs. So the lone person slept on the couch.”

“The good- the condo is new in a lovely hotel and in a lovely area. Pretty surroundings, fun restaurants nearby. Was a great set up for spending time with friends. The problems-The host was totally non responsive after we paid. We were unable to obtain checkin instructions despite several attempts to secure them. The place was not clean when we arrived. The bed was slept in( the towels and soap were used; the toilets were dirty; there were dirty dishes and the coffee pot was not cleaned....
