“Lovely cottage and much nicer than the photos show. Quiet location. We didn't have a car and were able to travel to and from the cottage by bus from Rovaniemi but note that this does mean carrying all your food with you as there are no shops nearby. Well equipped cottage and a fantastic wood burning sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Wunderbar gelegenes Ferienhaus auf einer Düne mit entsprechend steilem Aufstieg (nichts bei Treppenproblemen). Ein wenig in die Jahre gekommenes Äußeres inkl. Außenanlagen. Innen alles vorhanden was man braucht mit einem weitreichenden Blick auf den Fjord vom geräumigen Essplatz aus. Kurzer Weg über die zu "hörende" nahe gelegene Hauptverbindungsstrasse (nicht wirklich störend) zum Meer und dem weitläufigen Strand.”

“Das Haus ist völlig ok und liegt gut, nicht zu nah nicht zu weit, zum Zentrum Rovaniemi. Die Einrichtung ist eher schlicht aber für uns noch akzeptabel. Parken für bis 3 Autos vorm Haus ist auch gut. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett. Alles in allem empfehlenswert, wenn man etwas flexibel mit dem Komfort ist.”

“Sehr schön gelegenes Häuschen Top Lage mit Blick auf den Leuchtturm sehr ruhig! Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen jedoch sauber und funktional. Aktuelle Fotos würden das neue Sofa zeigen und eine Spülmaschine wäre für den Komfort sehr schön. Das winzige Bad wurde fliesentechnisch erneuert, so dass die vorherigen schlechten Bewertungen in Bezug auf Schimmel etc. nicht dem aktuellen guten Zustand entsprechen. Mit 3-4 Personen (inkl. 2 Kinder/Jugendliche) ist das Haus für eine kleine Auszeit...

“Je n'ai pas de mots assez forts pour résumer mon séjour. Le logement est magnifique et nous plonge directement dans l'ambiance Norvégienne. Et cerise sur le gâteau nous sommes aux premiers plans pour voir les aurores boréales. ”

“Die Anleitung zur Nutzung der Biotoilette gab es leider nur auf norwegisch. Dank der Google Übersetzer App, klappte es aber. Das warme Wasser war den ersten Tag gelb, bis der Boiler einmal komplett geleert war, da Wasser und Strom im Preis enthalten sind, war das kein weiteres Problem. Der Weg zum Haus vom Parkplatz aus ist steil und bei regen sehr rutschig, dafür genießt man oben die Aussicht.”

“We trvaveled with our hole family of 12 and had a wonderfull week at Volda. The 4 main sleeping have an amazing view to the fjord. The other three small bedrooms where „under water“ without windows, so better to use for kids, because of the double bunk beds. The rest of the accomodation is generous. You find everything you need for a percect stay. Because it’s located away from the city, you have no smog of lights, so you can see the polar lights without leaving. ”

“We had an amazing stay here for a short week. The house is lovely, with a lot of space, yet very comfy. We felt fast at home. The new part of the house is inspiringly designed. It was fantastic to wake up to the view of the beautiful garden and misty lake. We miss it already, hope to come back some time! ”

“We had a very nice and relaxing time. Our son didn't understand why this house is rented out to other people. He would stay there forever. :-) We were there in the low season in autum, which is probably the most “boring” time in Lapland. But this house was a unique place despite the gray weather. It offers everything your heart desires and was even more beautifully than the photos showed. We will definitely come back.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Sipukka. The place is as described, very homely and well equipped for a stay in the quiet, fresh air of Lapland. We took advantage of the saunas combined with dips in the lake, did yoga on the dock, used the boat with an electric engine for picnics on the lake and took strolls in the forests around to look for the many reindeer. They sometimes come for a visit to the property, too. It was super-relaxing and exactly as we hoped it would be.”

“Schönes Haus und netter Besitzer der extra 2 Std zu uns gefahren ist um einen fehlenden Fön zu bringen. Der Fön wurde wohl vorher geklaut. ”

“Ba sido una experiencia unica. El dueño se ha prekcupado por noaotros en cada momento. La temperatura iseal y la chimenea siempre apunto para isarla. La limpieza estupenda y excelente Entrada individual y una comunicacion exceltente. Altamente recomendable y centrica de establecimientos y apartada a la vez para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y del invierno de Rovaniemi. Sin lugar a dudas una vacaciones de ensueño”
