“Perfect place to stay with a large group or multiple families, lots of room and bathrooms!”

“The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and flawless. My family have stayed here with our german shepherd almost four times in the last 18 months and it is absolutely spectacular with serene views, incredibly clean home and all the facilities you need for a relaxing family trip. Unfortunately the reason for the 1 star rating relates to the level of communication with the Property Manager. “Large living spaces in this house, made getting ready for the wedding, easier for our bride & her 5-bridesmaids. Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around). “lovely home, private entry and area, host more then accommodating, recommend. ”

“We had an amazing four night stay at this stunning and very spacious apartment which is just metres away from the beach. The host was very friendly and obliging and the apartment was spotless and had every amenity we needed. Great communication from host and I would highly recommend if you wanting a peaceful getaway by the sea.”

“We were in town for a wedding and needed a central base for three generations to stay. The house was excellent, well located to great restaurants, a supermarket and pharmacy. All rooms were excellent for what we needed and there was enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The three bathrooms are a big plus. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. Craig's communication was also great, really responsive and accommodating - thank you!”

“Spectacular views day and night”

“Gorgeous spot out in the beach area of town , mostly clean outside of where the cleaners can’t reach. As per other reviews on this spot the check in information wasn’t sent until I asked for it. But when asked was provided and was very clear . On book a Bach it has listed that each room has two queen beds to find out it was only one, so naturally we had an extra person come that had to take the couch. And for it to say a family villa , but really be 1/3 of a villa with attached neighbours...

“Host was absolutely amazing, communication was clear, very accommodating couldn't ask for any better. Accommodation was fantastic, house was perfect. Awesome to be near farm land and great to see and hear the cows during the day. We will definitely be back and stay again next time we are In Auckland.”

“We were very pleased with our stay. Walkable to the local complex and the beach walkways. The view of the sea was a treat from the deck. Everything we could have needed and wanted was provided. The decor is very tasteful and comfortable. Tania made us feel very welcome and we will be back again.”
