“The stuff are realy nice people. With a great disposition to help to guests. The cleaning personal are realy kind too. The thinks didn't like me, it was in first place that the famale floor it was shared with males. I didnt understood that. Neader like me, than the hostel don't haved a dishes and cutlery in the kichen for the guests and they have to pay a deposite, to access it. It's really rare for a hostel and make de stancy something incomodated.”

“¿Artículos de higiene personal? Negativo. ¿Caja fuerte? Ni de coña. ¿Aire acondicionado? Si, pero no funcionaba. Había una ducha para toda la planta, que evidentemente con tanto paso de gente, siempre estaba sucia. La cocina siempre patas arriba. “Was happy with the staff at United..unfortunately not so impressed with 'wotif' ( third party booking ).. Got to United only to find there was no room available ( one i had book 2 months in advance)..Had booking references Numbers and whats more ..i actually rang the hotel 2 minutes after i had made the booking ( just to confirm) and they said yes all is fine?? After a 45 minute wait while staff located us a room we had somewhere to stay..( myself and my two sons) one of which was flying out...

“Lovely and helpful staff, comfortable beds. Felt surprisingly private. The shared spaces were spacious, comfortable and lovely. They have a “quiet” room which was highly appreciated. It felt new, fresh and cozy. The kitchen could get pretty messy but the staff tried their best to keep it clean. I felt like I got a lot of value for the money.”

“We booked this property because it was a handy location, unfortunately we had also booked it because it said we could have 3 separate beds and because I was booking it for 3 students that didn't really know each other it was appropriate they have their own beds. I have just been told they were only provided with a double and single bed. This has put me in a rather awkward position. They were not confident to ask for this to be changed.”

“A tidy, inside renovated property close to many amentieis. We were up to watch Touch at Bruce Pulman Park, which was just a 15min drive away. Easy to access manukau mall and rainbows end.
